Free Standard Shipping

All orders qualify for free standard shipping under our standard shipping service.

The contractual standard delivery period is 15–20 days.

Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfilment or shipping has begun.

Right of Withdrawal

Returns

Customers exercising a valid withdrawal right must return the product within the applicable legal period after notifying us.

Errors and Corrections

No choice-of-law provision in these Terms deprives a consumer of mandatory protections available in the consumer's place of residence.

No Waiver

Changes do not retroactively remove statutory or contractual rights already acquired in relation to completed purchases.
